The DSI-EVO200EB grossing station elevating 200cm backdraft offers two workstations in one solution, ideal for large laboratories that require multiple processes at the same time. The two workstations share the central sink, they can be configured in a mirrored way, however they can be configured with a different set of accessories.
Offering the best user experience is one of the key points of our grossing stations. Therefore, the height of the worktop is designed to ensure comfortable use while either sitting or standing. Two electro-mechanical actuators with millimetre adjustment enable elevation. In its lowest position, the worktop is at a height of 80 cm. The height of the worktop allows for a 30 cm margin of adjustment, reaching a final height of 110 cm.
The backdraft ventilation system provides direct ventilation to the work surface, extracting specimen odours ensuring a safe laboratory work environment.A grid panel, located behind the worktop, ensures smoke draft. The sloped design has been developed to ensure the elimination of formalin fumes, by channeling them into the ventilation duct. The upper part of the hood can be fully inspected through a folding panel. It can be configured with the air expulsion systems self exhaust and in house.
The EVO200EB can be delivered disassembled in two separate parts. This option allows ease of storage and transportation within small workshop areas. The assembly of the parts is simple and immediate, the structure is secured by 4 bolts located in the interlocking points of the two parts. The connections are wired through a terminal board located on the side of the Grossing Station, inside an inspectable technical compartment.
